  1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their security, taken by IP Sosnin Artem Timurovich (hereinafter – the Operator).
  2. The Operator considers the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms during the processing of personal data as its most important goal and condition of its activities.
  3. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors of the website https://gutendata.de/ (hereinafter – the Website).
  4. This Policy is based on the requirements of Russian legislation (Federal Law No. 152‑FZ "On Personal Data"). At the same time, the Operator recognises and respects the general principles of data protection, including those set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, to the extent applicable to users from the EU. The Policy aims to ensure a high level of protection for all users' data, regardless of their location.
  1. The Website does not contain feedback forms, registration forms, or text input fields. The Operator does not collect or store personal data such as full name, phone numbers, or email addresses through the Website.
  2. The Website does not use third‑party analytics counters or web analytics systems (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, etc.).
  3. During the operation of the Website, automated collection and processing of anonymized technical data about visitors (including cookies, browser type, and operating system) takes place solely through built‑in web server technical means.
  4. Additionally, for information security purposes (protection against network attacks, spam, and unauthorized access), the web server processes IP addresses of visitors.
